妊娠高血圧症候群に使用できる降圧薬は催奇形性などの懸念から制限されていたが、2022年にニフェジピンとアムロジピンの妊婦への使用禁忌が解除され、薬剤選択の幅が広がった。中でもアムロジピンは副作用が少ないとされるが、使用経験が乏しく臨床現場での使用頻度は低い。本研究では、妊婦に対する両薬剤の降圧効果および副作用頻度を比較し、妊娠中における降圧薬選択のアルゴリズム確立を目指す。これにより、診療ガイドラインの改訂や妊婦のQOL向上が期待される。
