Outline of Research at the Start	髄膜や血管周囲スペースといった脳の実質と末梢の境界領域には、脳境界マクロファージ（CAMs)という脳内マクロファージが存在する。本研究では、独自開発したCAMs特異的細胞機能操作ツールや非侵襲的イメージング、高深度1細胞マルチオミクス解析や高次ネットワーク機能解析など最先端の解析技術を駆使して、正常脳形成におけるCAMsの役割およびその破綻がもたらす脳形成異常と疾患発症メカニズムの解明に取り組む。
