Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は次の2つの目的を有する。第1は，グローバルツーリズム・オーバーツーリズムを生じさせている社会的問題を解消するための具体的な法政策的対応の提示である。観光によって生じている社会課題に関する状況の把握や原因の解明，背景となっている利害関係・構造の把握を行う。
第2は，観光法政策理論の形成である。観光そのものは極めて複合的な営みであり，食事・交通・宿泊のほか，観光の対象や媒介などさまざまな政策課題が関連する。そこで，観光学・観光行政と連携しながら具体的な知見を集積しつつ，観光の促進・抑制の双方の方向で，国際・国内の相互の動態的調整に基づく役割分担を意識した法政策理論を創造することを目指す。
