Outline of Research at the Start

情報通信・人工知能技術の飛躍的な発展に伴う量的質的に異なるレベルの情報処理により、リスク変動に応じた保険料設定などが可能になるため、保険会社による企業・市民の行動制御が容易になる（“insurance as governance”）。
本研究は、以上の変化に適合した保険契約法・保険監督法ルールを解明することを目的とする。保険技術の要請と社会的受容可能性の要請の合理性な調整を実現する制度設計を、様々な法分野・規制態様を統合した総合的な観点から検討するとともに、その理論的前提となる法理論のアップデートを試みる。
