Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、教員養成ならびに現職研修の場で「省察」言説が広がる前から行われていた「振り返り」などの類似する営みを具体的に明らかにするとともに、そこに「省察」として行われていることがどのように位置づいているか、その実相と教師の成長・発達観との関係を明らかにする。
また、諸外国との比較分析も行い、日本においてこれまで重視されてきた「省察に類似する営み」の特徴を具体的に明らかにする。そこから、政策・学術・実践の基盤にある枠組みの妥当性を逆にとらえ直し、日本の教育現場の現実に即した「日本型」省察が成立する文脈や条件を実証的に提起することを目指す。
