Outline of Research at the Start

感染症の実臨床を反映したエビデンス構築のため、大規模診療情報データベースに期待される役割は大きい。しかし既存のデータベースには微生物学的検査の結果がなく、活用の範囲が限られていた。またデータベースの妥当性を担保するバリデーション研究も不足している。本研究では、国立病院機構のネットワークとデータベースを用いて、感染症領域の臨床疫学研究を実施する全国的な基盤を構築する。
