Outline of Research at the Start	名詞句で表された指示対象の実在性の違いはde dicto（言表様相）とde re（事象様相）の解釈の違いとして区別することができるが、de dictoを当該文の語彙に即した解釈、de reをその文の発話者から見た事態の解釈とするならば、de reは話者が自らの知識や信念に基づき発話内容に関与することであると定義できる。本研究はこのde reという枠組を用いてドイツ語の言語現象を通時的に検討しようとするものである。文を構成する主体である話者がその発話内容に関与している（あるいはしていない）ことが文法構造上どのようにコード化されているかについて考察する。
