Outline of Research at the Start

日本における経済安全保障に関する近時の立法を検討の中心とし、その立法理由を踏まえた現状分析と、刑事法学理からの理論的検討を通じて、具体的な運用に関する批判と提言を行う。
その際には、日本の法制度に関する検討を行うとともに、世界的な取り組みにも目を向けて、各種の関連条約や諸外国の立法を対象とした検討も行う。その方法として、文献調査が中心となるが、必要に応じて、外国での現地調査も予定している。
