Outline of Research at the Start	急速な少子高齢化と伸び悩む経済成長の下では、若年世代だけで現状の年金制度を支えていくことは困難である。高齢者の能動的な労働参加とその人的資本の活躍（アクティブ・エイジング）は経済成長の促進と年金財政の持続可能性を両立する有効な方策だと考えられる。本研究では、①高齢者の労働供給とその人的資本形成の決定を組み込んだ内生的経済成長モデルを構築し、②アクティブ・エイジングを推し進める年金制度案を提示する。そして、③その年金制度の下で、どの程度のアクティブ・エイジングの促進が経済厚生にとって望ましいのかについて理論分析を行う。
