Outline of Research at the Start

「共同親権」の導入についての議論がこれまで主に核家族内の関係を対象として行われてきたのに対し、本研究は、実際の子どもの養育には祖父母が一定程度係わる場合が多いことに留意する。すなわち、子ども（孫）の親の離婚によって祖父母ー親ー子ども（孫）の関係がどのような影響を受けるか、そして「共同親権」が導入されることでさらにどのような変化が生じるかについて、子ども夫婦の離婚を経験した祖父母等の調査データをもとに検討する。
