Outline of Research at the Start

我が国では、痰の吸引や経管栄養等の医療的ケアを必要とする小児（以下医療的ケア児）は急増している。2021年に医療的ケア児及びその家族に対する支援に関する法律が施行され、就園・就学をはじめ家族との余暇を楽しむ外出支援の必要性が社会的に認知された。医療的ケア児の場合、体調の不安や準備の大変さ等であたりまえの外出ができない場合が多い。しかし、医療的ケア児の外出を促す具体的な支援は明らかになっていない。そのため本研究では、医療的ケア児の外出の課題を明確にし、「医療的ケア児の当たりまえの外出支援モデル」を作成する。本モデルにより外出支援関係職者の協働が推進され、医療的ケア児のあたりまえの外出につながる。
