Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、認知症を有する人の家族介護者による科学的根拠に基づくアウトカム評価を含む、家族介護者と介護専門職などの支援者間での情報共有のツールとなる介護記録票の開発を試みる。2025年4月から2028年3月までの3年間において、文献的検討、情報収集のための認知症ケア専門職への面接調査、記録票の項目に関する認知症ケア専門職の合意形成、および、介護記録票の試用とその評価を行う。
