Outline of Research at the Start

自治体の子育て支援の現場では近年、外国にルーツに持つ家族を対象とする支援の事例が増加している。しかし、その最前線の現場で勤務する援助専門職は、まず言葉の壁、そして文化の壁にぶつかり、対象の家族をどのように理解し、どのように支援すればよいのかを方向付けるアセスメントや、介入において困難を感じることが多い。そこで本研究では、この領域で活動する援助専門職の抱える困難について半構造的インタビューにより聴取し、多文化圏における外国にルーツを持つ家族に向き合う援助専門職のための文化的コンピテンシー向上のためのプログラムを参考に、文化的コンピテンシーを向上させる研修プログラムを開発し、適用可能性を検証する。
