Outline of Research at the Start

満足度の高い大学教育とはどのようなものだろうか？　本研究課題では、独自の幸福度調査を用いて大学生活や大学教育のどのような側面が大学生の幸福度に寄与しているのかを知ることで、この問いの答えを明らかにする。本研究課題の最大の特長は、アンケート調査に、大学から提供を受けた成績や出席率などの実際の学業パフォーマンスを接続して構築した、同一個人についての長期間の追跡データを使用する点である。幸福度、学業パフォーマンス、ライフスタイル、交友関係を網羅するこのデータを用いて大学生の幸福度の規定要因を明らかにし、さらにその知見をもとにした教学IRの開発を通じて、日本の大学教育の改善に向けた提言を行う。
