Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、まず①教師の活動に焦点化した認知的個性の測定尺度として「教職版認知的個性質問紙」を開発する。それを活用し、②学生の認知的個性を踏まえた指導計画立案、実践の支援が実践的指導力の向上に及ぼす効果、及びその③教員養成課程を通した縦断的変化、④学校種（小学校・幼稚園）に応じた適用性、を明らかにする。その上で、⑤認知的個性を活かし、次世代の教育に対応できる実践的指導力のある教員養成のモデルを策定する。
