Outline of Research at the Start	危機的な状況にある日本の多くの農村地域では、多様なスケールで、多様な主体が、多様な形で農業・農村に関われる新たな社会を形成することが強く求められている。本研究では、日本の条件不利集落におけるICT活用の実態を包括的に解明し、デジタル化を通じた新内発的農村開発論やソーシャル・イノベーション論の枠組みから、条件不利集落の持続性と開発の新たなパラダイムの可能性を提示することを目的とする。
