Outline of Research at the Start

トリュフから単離されたTuberindineは，既存薬と同等以上の尿酸血中濃度低下効果を示すためが，そのメカニズムは明らかではない。本研究では，Tuberindineの天然類縁体および人工誘導体の独自の系統的合成法を駆使して，作用機序解明に挑戦する。本研究は，新しいメカニズムに基づいて尿酸排泄機能を回復させる新治療薬の提供につながると期待される。
