Outline of Research at the Start

産科MRIの定量的研究は標準化の困難さから前臨床段階に留まることが多く、臨床応用可能な統合システムは存在しない。本研究は、胎盤T2値自動計測を基盤とした胎盤機能評価法の開発と検証を行い、胎児・胎盤体積、羊水量、胎盤血腫、胎児臓器の自動解析法を統合して、包括的な産科MRIデータプラットフォームを構築することを目的とする。このプラットフォームにより、胎児健康状態を定量的に可視化し、診断・重症度評価・予後予測や偶発的異常の早期検出が可能となる。また、将来的には治療効果判定やデータバンク構築にも貢献する。
