Outline of Research at the Start	代謝機能障害関連脂肪肝炎 (MASH) は肝脂肪化を基盤として炎症・線維化が起きる病態であり、自然免疫系細胞が炎症の主座であると考えられてきたが、近年獲得免疫系細胞の自己攻撃性T細胞がその病態に関与することが明らかとなった。申請者らはMASH肝に特徴的な病理組織像として、脂肪の過剰蓄積により肥大化した肝細胞をマクロファージが取り囲むhepatic crown-like structure (hCLS) に着目して解析を進めてきたが、本研究ではhCLSの一細胞遺伝子発現解析により、MASHにおける自然免疫系細胞と獲得免疫系細胞間のクロストークを解析する。
