Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、皮膚移植で感作したラットに腎移植を行う抗体拒絶モデルを用いる。また、申請者らが行ったP.g経口投与により腸内細菌叢の変化を引き起こす腸管ディスバイオシスモデルを利用し、DSAの産生及び抗体関連拒絶反応への影響を調べる。これらのメカニズムを解明し、プロバイオティクスやプレバイオティクスの投与による実践的な応用につなげる。
