Outline of Research at the Start

脊椎腫瘍の治療において手術と放射線による集学的アプローチを可能にするため、術後のアーチファクトを低減する放射線透過性の非金属製インプラントの必要性が高まっている。本研究の目的は、新しい非金属材料である樹脂複合体“ポチコン”が脊椎腫瘍手術に使用するインプラントとして有用かを検討することである。本研究では、ポチコンの生体適合性・機械的強度・放射線学的特性をin vitro（インプラント上細胞挙動評価と模擬骨実験）およびファントムを用いた実験、in vivo（イヌ頸椎椎体切除再建モデル）で評価する。
