Outline of Research at the Start

男性不妊症患者約50名及び不妊症患者4家系について次世代シーケンス解析を行い、得られた塩基配列データをY染色体の完全配列である参照配列T2T-Yにマッピングする。Controlデータと関連解析を行うことで、新規遺伝子を同定する。また、遺伝子改変動物を作製することで、男性不妊症の原因を分子レベルで解明し、micro-TESEによる精子回収可否を予測する検査法や治療法の開発に繋げる。
