Outline of Research at the Start

シェーグレン症候群(SS)は腺性SSの I 期、腺外性SSの Ⅱ 期、さらに 5％は悪性リンパ腫(ML)を発症する Ⅲ 期へと進行するリンパ増殖性疾患である。SSを背景としたML発症のリスク因子を解明し、SSからMLへの進展の早期発見を行う体制を構築することは重要である。
本研究では、① SS唾液腺病変を用いた病変浸潤リンパ球のシングルセルでの網羅的遺伝子解析で変動遺伝子を抽出、② MLを発症した患者の生検組織を用いてもこれらの遺伝子の解析、③ Th細胞の分化・活性化を上流で制御することが報告されている腸内細菌叢についての解析を行うことで ML発症予測のためのバイオマーカーの確立を目指す。
