Outline of Research at the Start

（１）全国47都道府県および各医療圏域の病院・診療所や医師数等、医療指標について、全国８厚生局から公表される届出受理医療機関名簿、保険医療機関のコード内容別医療機関一覧および各都道府県地域医療構想報告書のデータを利用し、地理情報GISシステムにより、各都道府県・医療圏域別に病院、診療所、医師数（常勤・非常勤）をプロットし、医療過疎地を可視化する。（２）医師のライフスタイルやキャリア形成を念頭に医師対象および開設者のこれまでの医師確保策などを参考に開設者を対象とする面接調査やアンケート調査を実施する。（３）（１）および（２）の結果からいずれの地域にも活用できる医師確保策を検討する。
