Outline of Research at the Start

本研究はランダム化クロスオーバー試験であり，健康な成人を対象にTaktil massage（第１介入）と受動的音楽療法（第２介入）をランダムに割り振る。主要アウトカムは，生物学的指標である唾液中オキシトシン，コルチゾール濃度，副次アウトカムは心拍変動解析による自律神経機能評価と，主観的評価指標として心理検査を用いる。そして、Taktil massageと受動的音楽療法を比較し、マッサージの効果を検証する。
