Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、中堅看護師がキャリア・プラトーから今後の方向性を見出すための支援を検討することを目的とする。
中堅看護師は自己の成長に停滞や限界を感じることがある。これはキャリア・プラトーと呼ばれ、長期化することは離職や意欲の減退を招き、看護の質の低下をもたらすことが懸念されている。しかし、キャリア・プラトーから脱し、今後の方向性を見出すための支援は明らかになっていない。そこで、キャリア・プラトーから今後の方向性を見出す過程の尺度を開発し、個人要因や環境要因との関連を明らかにし、中堅看護師がキャリア・プラトーから今後の方向性を見出すための支援を検討する。
