| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、がん免疫療法を受ける患者の免疫関連有害事象の早期発見に向けた看護実践モデルを探求することを目的として、熟練看護師による免疫関連有害事象の早期発見に向けた患者のセルフモニタリング支援、熟練看護師がとらえた免疫関連有害事象の徴候について半構成的面接により明らかにし、そこから抽出した看護実践モデルの要素について、ICI投与を受けるがん患者のケアを実践するエキスパートナースを対象に、抽出した要素について同意が得られるかを調査し、同意が得られた要素を用いて看護実践モデルの作成を試みるものである。
