Outline of Research at the Start

重度精神疾患のある高齢者を診療している外来で従事している医療職を対象とし，定性的なインタビュー調査を行う。重度精神疾患のある高齢者に生じている危機状況に関して調査を行い，対象者が認識している危機状況を明らかにする。その結果を踏まえ，インタビューガイドを作成し，そのような危機状況に対して実践している包括的ケアを定性的に明らかにする。その後，同様の背景をもつ対象者に全国調査を行い，早期危機介入の観点から構成概念を明確にする。その結果にもとづき，ガイドラインを作成する。
