Outline of Research at the Start

在宅医療の分野では，医療的ケアが必要である在宅療養者が増加しており，安全対策が重要になっている。先行研究において訪問看護師のインシデント・アクシデントの内容は明らかにされているものの，訪問時間外での在宅療養者におこるインシデント・アクシデントは，あまり調査されていない。また地域でインシデントを共有化・見える化をするという仕組みがなく，質向上に向けたデータがない。
そこで本研究では，訪問時間外で起こる在宅療養者に起こるインシデント事象を明らかにし，訪問看護ステーションに必要なインシデントレポートフォーマットを作成し，地域でインシデント・アクシデント事象の・見える化，共有化の仕組みを開発する。
