Outline of Research at the Start

当該研究では、先行研究により炎症性腸疾患および動脈瘤の発症・重症化に関与すると考えられる破骨細胞様細胞（OCLC）の特性および発現機構を解明する。腸管および血管のOCLCは、骨組織の破骨細胞と比較検討することで、その特性を明らかにする。また、それぞれの組織におけるOCLCの特性と発現機構を解明することで、腸管OCLCおよび血管OCLCの発現制御方法を見出し、骨組織に影響を与えない炎症性腸疾患と動脈瘤の治療法（栄養療法を含む）の開発を目指す。
