本研究では,多目的最適化問題に対する新たな降下法の開発を目的とする.実社会で発生する大規模・不確実性を含む問題や,一般的な目的関数・制約・順序を持つ問題に対し,理論的保証と高効率を兼ね備えたアルゴリズムの構築を図る.特に,無線通信,制御理論,機械学習など多様な分野への応用を通じて,社会的課題の解決に資する汎用的かつ実用的な手法の創出を目指す.
