Outline of Research at the Start

近年、カーボンニュートラルに向けた産業構造・社会構造の転換、すなわちGX（グリーントランスフォーメーション）が世界的に進みつつある。しかし、再生可能エネルギーやEVなど成長分野において、日本は競争力を確保できていない。本研究は、ポストケインズ派多部門モデルと、環境・経済統合勘定に基づくデータを用いて、政策、環境産業及び経済成長の関係を分析することにより、環境産業の拡大がマクロ経済の成長につながるメカニズムを解明し、これらにつながる環境政策の特性を明らかにするとともに、日本の環境政策が環境産業の成長にこれまで与えてきた影響を実証する。これらに基づき、今後の政策の在り方について提言を行う。
