この研究は、2022年に深刻な経済・政治危機に陥ったスリランカの実態分析と再建への道筋を探るものである。経済危機の背景分析、IMF救済プログラムの評価、国内政治変動と国際関係の変化、そして国家再建への課題を多角的に検証する。現地研究機関や大学の協力を得て、経済面だけでなく政治的視点も含めた包括的アプローチで、開発途上国の危機脱却モデルとしてスリランカの事例を位置づけようとしている。
