Outline of Research at the Start

障害者の芸術活動を通じた豊かな社会の創出には障害者福祉の観点や芸術的観点とは異なった仕掛けが必要であるが、そうした仕掛けを展開できる人材の育成は課題とされる。本研究は、社会的価値を創出する活動を推進する人材育成プログラムの開発を目的とする。活動現場における調査を行い、1) 施設内の人材育成に関する実態把握、2) 外部関係者との関係構築に必要な視点や素養の把握をした上で、3)人材育成プログラムの開発と、4) 検証と改善を行い、5) 研究成果をハンドブックとしてまとめる。本研究により、社会的価値の創出につながる障害者の文化芸術活動を促進する人材育成に寄与し、包摂的な社会の実現を導く一助とする。
