Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、企業が社会課題に取り組む際に、組織内部の意思決定や制度、従業員の価値観といった内的要因と外部ステークホルダーとの連携がどのように組み合わさって、企業の社会的責任（CSR）活動を推進するのかを明らかにする。近年、ステークホルダーとの共同参画は企業の評判や持続可能性と強く結びついており、その実践を理解することは、企業と社会の関係性を再考する上で重要性を増している。本研究では、日本と中国の企業を比較対象とし、CSRがどのように組織内外で生まれ、制度の違いの中でどのように形づくられていくのかを検討する。異なる国家制度における企業の動きの比較を通じて、CSRの国際的理解を深めることを目指す。
