Outline of Research at the Start	本研究計画では、脳梗塞患者に対して簡易脳波測定機による脳波測定を実施することで、せん妄の検出及び経時変化の評価を可能にし、定量的脳波指標と血液バイオマーカーを組み合わせることによって、生物学的指標を基盤としたせん妄の薬物療法を提案することを目指す。2025~2026年度は、脳梗塞患者を対象とした前向きコホート研究を実施する。また、モデル動物を用いた基礎研究により、臨床研究で得られない脳組織のデータを補完し、脳梗塞後せん妄のバイオマーカーの同定を目指す。2027年度は、同定したバイオマーカーを標的とした新規薬物療法の検討を、モデル動物を用いた基礎研究で実施する。
