Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、非侵襲的な子宮内炎症の評価方法として、AIを用いた羊水中IL-8濃度および絨毛膜羊膜炎の予測を行うモデル作成を目的としている。従来から間接的に子宮内炎症を評価項目であるバイタルサイン、身体所見、血液検査、早産マーカーなどに加え、超音波画像や胎児心拍数モニタリングのデータを活用する（マルチモーダル）。この研究により、母体の負担軽減、IL-8を含めた早産リスク評価を円滑に行い、速やかな治療につなげられることにより、母児ともの予後改善に寄与する。
