本研究では、医学生が多職種スタッフから現場で直接指導を受ける「多職種横断型臨床実習」を開発・実施します。
これは、患者中心の医療を実現するために不可欠な「多職種協働」の力を育む新しい教育法です。学生だけでなく、指導する多職種にも学びがあり、相互理解と連携文化の促進が期待されます。
