Outline of Research at the Start

口腔GVHDと口腔内環境(衛生状態や咬合状態、唾液分泌能、口腔内細菌叢など)の関連を解明し、口腔GVHDの発症/重症化予測モデルおよび予防法の確立を目指す。口腔GVHD発症に関連する局所のリスク因子を解明することで、口腔GVHDの発症を早期に予測できる可能性がある。高リスク症例の抽出と早期の治療介入による口腔GVHDの重症化予防は、QOL改善を含む移植患者のアウトカム向上に寄与することが期待される。
