Outline of Research at the Start

健康格差の是正には、多くの健康無関心高齢者が介護予防に資する活動を採用できる地域での“きっかけ”創出が大切である。介護予防に資する活動採用の“きっかけ”創出には、健康無関心であるが介護予防に資する活動を継続または新たに採用した者を抽出し、行動変容に作用した要因を解明するのが重要である。本研究は、地域在住の健康無関心高齢者が介護予防に資する活動を継続または開始するために必要な社会環境要因を解明することを目的とする。目的達成のために、質問紙調査や活動量計を活用した活動の経年変化と関連要因を把握する縦断研究と、活動を採用している者を対象とする、行動変容の“きっかけ”を明確にする質的研究を実施する。
