Outline of Research at the Start	本研究課題では、武力紛争は武力紛争法以外の法規範に対しても法的効果を持つのかという点を研究の問いとする。理論上は当該規範に武力紛争に関する特段の定めがない限り、武力紛争の法的効果は平時法には及ばないはずが、現実には武力紛争状態であることが考慮されて適用される（そのようにみえる）という理論と現実の不一致が生じている。規範が拡大する現代国際法において整理が必要といえ、武力紛争の法的効果の解明を行う。
