Outline of Research at the Start

This study will investigate the effect of phosphatidylserine-inspired polymeric particles in the modulation of macrophage phenotype. Furthermore, its efficacy as a therapeutic tool will be evaluated in an aortic dissection mouse model, which shows massive infiltration of macrophages.
