Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、経済社会のデジタル化によって経済活動の新たな基盤となった「デジタル・エコシステム」をめぐり、デジタル・エコシステムを支配するデジタルプラットフォーマーによる、自社に属さない他企業をデジタル・エコシステムから排除する行為が、競争に与える弊害の観点から見て許容されるかについての法的判断枠組みを構築する。
