Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Conducting tasks through the use of a range of information systems has become common in this day and age for many operations. IT personnel who develop such systems require both technical skills, such as programming skills, and management skills which will allow them to complete their desired deliverable under various limitations within their deadline. Many IT personnel graduate from college with a degree in the business field, such as commerce or business administration, or the social science field. I was able to propose the idea of incorporating education for learning IT project management skills, which these students need, by cooperating with businesses and the local community, and working with existing on-campus events and classes while not implementing any major changes to the curriculum.
