Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Chinese art objects were stored in many palaces in Europe in 17th century and 18th century. And Chinese style arts, called Chinoiserie, were made in Europe under the influence of these artcrafts. Huge number of the Chinese ceramics were remained still now in Europe and Japanese ceramics, Imari are also stored among them. The collection of Augustus the Strong is consists of Chinese porcelain, Japanese porcelain and Meissen porcelain. We can the position of the Imari ware in the main stream of Chinese export porcelain.
