Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Firstly, in this study I demonstrated promotion of professionalization by occupational groups based on concrete indicators such as firm's evaluations from the viewpoint of two factors, education/training and work autonomy. As a result, as both factors expanded and increased, it turned out that professionalization by professional group was being promoted. Secondly, we analyzed the effect of professional group on pharmaceutical companies. As a result, it turned out that some pharmaceutical companies with high profit margin employ more MR, and the educational system are rich. I anticipated that the professional group will promote MR professionalization, thereby improving the corporate evaluation to which the MR belongs. As a result, major pharmaceutical companies have found that such MR contributes to corporate evaluation.
