Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Young people of adolescence and puberty are prone to mental and physical disorders due to sudden physical changes and brain development. Many young people grow into adulthood through interpersonal relationships and social experiences, but there are many cases where they have difficulty being part of society such as not attending school and social withdrawal; hence, proper support is necessary at an early stage. In this study, rather than focusing on the problem areas, we aimed to develop a support program focused on the strengths of young people and their families, with the intention of heading for the future they want to aim for. We examined the support programs needed from the analysis of effective models by preceding studies and cases, and a mental health survey at junior and senior high schools.
