Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research is to compare the historical process by which primary public education teacher 's "public employee" character is decided to different countries such as Japan and France, and thereby the meaning of' intervention in the education of state power ' It is to clarify the difference between the country and the era. The research results of this research are mainly the following two points. ① About the educational laws after the French Revolution, the topics of "educational administrative organization", "public employee character", "teacher appointment authority", "teacher appointee", "teacher salary financing source", "primary school establishment person", "primary school Financial resources for operation funds ", etc., and discussed the trend. ② Consideration on matters considered important items in the deliberation process for the minutes of the two deliberations in the Senate during the process of establishing the Goblet law.
