Outline of Final Research Achievements

The aim of this study is to explore how a educational program developed in a particular school changes in its inheriting and spreading process, through the acceptance by teachers or conflict between them. The study finds the following points: (1) whether teachers consent to ideals of the educational program determines the opportunity of acceptance and inheritance of particular educational practices; (2) teachers reinterpret the educational ideals and programs in the face of situations and organize educational practices through classroom interaction; (3) there is a possibility that the educational program undergoes a complete transformation, through the organization of practices situated in educational interaction.
