Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research is to clarify internship and work integrated learning programs with high educational effect through comparative study in Japan and overseas. Japan has no "Coop specialists," who are considered to be the main players in enhancing the educational effects of work integrated learning programs, cooperative education programs in countries where programs are well-developed. Work integrated learning programs are educational model rather than a job placement strategy. It promotes continuous learning through the integration of classroom and applied work-based learning. Through this educational strategy, students can gain an enriched understanding of their academic program through practical application.
